Finance for the whole business. Not just the kit.
When the next step is bigger than a single purchase, say a full fit-out, a second site, a fleet, or a workshop’s worth of gear, we structure it as one piece of finance rather than a dozen. And sometimes it isn’t the gear at all: it’s the working capital to get you through a lumpy month, or the premises you’d rather own than keep renting. Tell us what you’re planning and you’ll have an indicative figure in minutes. The final rate comes after we look at the deal. We’ll never dress up a number as more certain than it is.
An indicative figure in under two minutes, answered on screen.
An indicative finance figure
An indicative figure in minutes, a team member the whole way through.
Indicative only. Your figure depends on the assets, the term, and a quick credit check. You’ll see it the moment you tell the Assistant what you’re planning. Nothing’s locked until you accept.
One agreement for the whole picture.
When a project means buying a lot at once, or from a few different suppliers, we package it into a single facility rather than a pile of separate contracts.
Full fit-outs
Kitchen, furniture, POS, signage, in one deal.
Fleets
Several vehicles, financed on one facility.
Workshop & plant
A full set of tools and machines at once.
Office & IT
Desks, hardware, servers, the whole set-up.
Expansion & second sites
Everything a new location needs to open.
Clean-tech, bundled in
Solar, EV and equipment together in one deal.
Mixed-asset deals
New and used, different suppliers, one agreement.
Not sure how to structure it?
That’s our job, talk it through with a specialist.
Sometimes it’s the business you fund, not the kit.
Two of the bigger calls a growing business makes sit outside the equipment list. We arrange both. They work a little differently to asset finance, so a specialist walks you through the shape that suits.
Cash flow & working capital
Some months are lumpy. A big job lands and you’re paying for materials and labour well before the invoice clears. A quiet stretch needs bridging. Stock has to hit the shelves before the season turns. Working-capital finance gives you funds to work with, set against the business and how it trades rather than a single asset, so the cash to keep moving is there when the timing is against you.
Set against the business and its trading, not an asset. Arranged differently to equipment finance, and subject to credit assessment.
Commercial property
At some point, paying rent on the place you’ve built up starts to feel like the wrong way round. Whether it’s buying the premises you’re already in, or the site you’ve had your eye on for the next stage, we arrange finance for owner-occupied commercial property. It’s a bigger, slower decision than a piece of gear, and we treat it that way.
For commercial, business-use property, not residential or personal lending. Terms and structure differ from equipment finance; your specialist maps it out.
One package, structured to suit the business.
The same three structures apply across the whole deal, not just one item. Which suits comes down to cash flow, tax, and whether owning outright matters. Your specialist will help you land on it.
Rent-to-Own
A fixed monthly rental across the whole package for a set term, then it’s yours for one final payment, about the size of a regular month. No deposit, so working capital stays in the business. GST applies to the rentals, usually a deductible business expense. The final payment is known from day one, no balloon surprise.
See this as a figure →Chattel Mortgage
You own the assets from the start, with security held against them until it’s paid off. Put money down, or leave a larger final payment (a “balloon”) to lower the monthlies, both optional. GST on the purchase is usually claimable up front. Often the pick for larger deals and when owning outright matters.
See this as a figure →Lease
A straight lease for a set term, with choices when it finishes: hand it back, extend, or buy at an agreed figure. Useful for the parts of a fit-out you’ll want to refresh on a cycle. Less common than the other two, but there when it fits.
See this as a figure →Tax treatment varies by structure and by your situation, worth a quick word with your accountant. Ecolease arranges finance; we’re not a tax adviser.
From a plan on a napkin to one tidy facility.
Tell us what you’re planning
By chat, by form, or by phone. What you’re buying, roughly what it adds up to, and a bit about the business. A list of suppliers is handy but not essential to start.
Get an indicative figure, in minutes
A real number to plan around. “Indicative” means exactly that: it’s not an approval yet, and we’ll always say so. No fast number ever gets dressed up as a done deal.
We structure it as one facility
We package the assets together and match them to the finance that fits the whole deal, not a separate contract for every line item.
Quick application and ID
The detail needed to assess the deal. Haven’t got your licence or Medicare card on you? Pick it up later. We’ll hold your place rather than make you start again.
Approved, signed, settled
Approval comes from the credit check; once it’s through, most deals settle within a day or two. Funds go to your suppliers, and the project gets moving.
What we’ll always be straight about.
Trust is the whole job. These are the things we say plainly, every time, not buried in a footer.
Business finance, not personal
We arrange finance for businesses: the gear, the vehicles, the fit-out, the premises, and the working capital behind them. What we don’t do is personal or residential lending; if you’re after a personal loan or a home loan, we’ll tell you straight and point you on.
Indicative isn’t approved
Every early figure carries that line. The final rate comes after a credit check. We won’t pretend a quote is a yes.
We arrange; the lender lends
Your relationship is with Ecolease; your contract is ultimately with the lender. You’ll always know which is which.
A “no” isn’t the end
If the first answer comes back no, we tell you why and what would change it, and often there’s another way through.
Money only moves at settlement
No deposit to Ecolease, no holding fees. Funds go to your suppliers at settlement, never to us for the assets themselves.
Approved still isn’t settled
A yes can still need ID, signatures, and supplier invoices before funds move. We’ll tell you exactly where the deal stands.
